Prosperity message for the Age of Aquarius: Prosperity is perpetual with people who prefer to be penetrating, prepared and purposeful. But prosperity only comes to those who are trustworthy, deliver, and are content and consistent. Basically it boils down to commitment. If you put your soul into anything you can plug the whole world. It will be yours. You can sweep prosperity with your commitment. Contain, commit, and be continuous.

Self Esteem:
Esteem is key to being with yourself and others in the Super Power way. If you want powerful interactive communication with other ‘Super Heroes’ that you esteem, let’s get on the road to more self esteem for you.
Where to begin? All relations in your life! Carolyn Myss will tell you endlessly how esteem ties into all places in our lives, our spirituality, our bodies, and our finances (and with good reason). We can break this down by looking at all the ways we make or break promises to ourselves. We can also look at where we have yet to open the door of conversation with our self in a place in our life where we need it.
What’s important here is being honest and true, first and foremost. The reason most people never get anywhere, is that no one is being crystal clear about how they got in a mess, or aren’t getting what they want, and are afraid to look at the specifics. Therefore, things stay in a vague place where no action could be taken anyway.
What it Takes
The tools of Spiritual Psychology can help us discern our patterns of self-sabotage that are currently holding us from achieving our Heart’s Desires or Super Powers. Being Spiritually connected to your Self and to your community IS self esteem.
I smile remembering this story; in my 20’s in the Lake Tahoe area, our tribe met a “guru” who was from India, had published a book, and was extremely charismatic. He was a self proclaimed master, and would gather us into large groups to do his ‘guru’ thing. Indeed, he did share some amazing practices with us, and even had strong intuitions for many members on what we could work on, or things we had yet to acknowledge or speak of. And yet, he was extremely pushy, trying to get various members of us to host him and treat him to things or food (I think he was low on funds), and we had to call him out on some ridiculous view points that didn’t flow with the harmony of the tribe.
The ability to keep promises that you make to yourself is directly reflective of what you might consider “Spiritual Growth” or personal evolution of your consciousness. Doing yoga every morning and night, sitting silent meditation retreats many times in a row, exercising religiously, and/or doing rites and rituals of manifestations and reading a big bunch of books on how to manifest abundance will be absolutely worthless and do not reflect spiritual growth unless you cultivate self-esteem. Without the esteem to simply do what needs to be done, and to keep your word to others and especially your self, then the “Spiritual” growth is illusion. In fact, that is what is now being called in many circles as “Spiritual Bypass”*
*Spiritual Bypass is using some spiritual practice as meditation to not feel one’s natural true feelings (usually hatred, anger, shame, guilt, and sadness), put on a fake spiritual bliss, and are therefore unresponsive to the truth of the reality around one’s self.
Being Spiritually connected has different names to many. For the purpose of this book, I refer to the divine “All-That-Is”, the consciousness that illuminates all life, as God,which, might I add, I’ve learned is Love, as my teachers from University of Santa Monica Ron and Mary have said. (As my teachers before me, I offer all that I’ve learned to them and the God in all of us).
When we are connected we have more Loving,
and in that loving our consciousness lifts to be more insightful,
to have direct knowing of what’s really real, to be more compassionate and grateful, and to have more joy and fun (recognizing the Cosmic Joke in the great illusion).
To hear guidance (to connect to Spirit, God, your High Self) can be simple: You ask a question, and receive an answer! To have esteem is to follow that guidance. This can be MOST difficult because of patterns of self sabatoge, i.e. LOW self esteem!
So tell me, what is Self-Love? Is it actively choosing anything when you may not “know.”
Better than being stuck, isn’t it? Here’s a trick a mentor shared with me by asking:
If you could choose, what would you do?
If you did know, what would it be?
If you had the answer, what would it sound like?
In my personal histoy, if I take it deeply, my confusion on where to go was actually self-hate in the form of sabotage. To go through the process of awakening creates a deep relationship to your body and it’s wisdom. The process of healing awakens your emotions and allows them to move so that nothing is ‘held’ in a pattern or a stuck place. Therefore, all your natural ability of intuition is instant (most people feel it in the belly, where the bundle of nerve fibers creates the ‘gut’ response).
This state of free flowing life, is what let’s you be “All In!” And being open and free without judgments and habit patterns is the freedom that allows a deep relationship to allow the impulse of Love, God’s will, to be done through you with no resistance. The result is clarity and freedom. You have awakened to the Center of your being.
Everything is interconnected, so the way you live, eat, move, breathe, and where you choose to place your attention will affect your Will center and your ability to achieve your dreams.
Tool #3: Facilitating Self Esteem or “Act your Age!”
This could really be called facilitating Self Commitment. You are declaring to your self that you will commit to highly specific action steps to nurture yourself and harness your power to stabilize your life, resulting in building in self trust. (the hulk!)
A: Schedule your Commitments!
Pick five areas where you know you can make a change in one to three weeks, even if it is minor, like a 15 minute walk, organizing your desk (maybe that’s MAJOR!), or finally ordering that piece of equipment or business cards. Completing unfinished business is fantastic way to get started.
As your momentum builds, use this tool for month, season, and year long action planning.
In this exercise, type and print out five sections that look like this without the parentheses:
— “By _____________(a specific date), I commit to ________________________________________________
(a specific action completion)” singed by ________________________________
Fill in the blanks, and to anchor it consider having someone witness and sign it, and keep you accountable. REMEMBER, specificity is your ally (I will speak to this later in detail).
I really enjoy the word stabilize. In these beginning stages, you are simply putting some regular cycles of health oriented practices that will become a part of your daily life to cultivate your center.
B: Practices to Focus
Meditation:
I can tell you about it, but you have to try it…
I paraphrase the Buddha, “you can tell someone about your journey, but they will only know by taking the journey themselves.”
Now, I can tell you a few things that some masters before me have told me, to let you know why its effective, how it works to a degree, and what you might expect so you don’t get overwhelmed. The reason why you should meditate is that life is busy. Even your dreams while you sleep are busy! SILENCE is a magical thing and physiologically, the body will start to undergo relaxation after 15 minutes. Your brain state will change as the delta rhythms emerge as dominant.
This is the only way to completely turn inward and have the quiet space to observe the mind. By observing the mind and seeing how it works, you can track this more easily in the business of life. I could say more, by take word, it is scientifically proven to provide relaxation and Ken Wilbur related studies that showed that one’s level of conscious awareness only raises significantly when one combines meditations with either therapy or similar healing processes.
4 kinds of meditation to try: Walking, Standing, Sitting, and Laying meditations.
The most classic meditation is sitting meditation, and the place I encourage everyone to begin with:
Pick your seat: Elevate your hips higher than your knees with a cushion (or sit in chair)
Use a timer: While 15 minutes is good, 24 minutes is a magic number to meditate.
Start there and commit to sitting every day. The timer makes it easier to commit.
Be still! Commit to your posture and your Self!
Walking meditation: This is good when if you are too tired to sit without dozing off (not good!)
Slow your breath down intentionally.
Then take one inhale to lift foot and extend, exhale place the foot and shift weight forward.
Repeat in succession until you go anywhere from 10-25 feet.
Summary:
perhaps make a list, or better yet, a monthly chart or calendar where you list your daily action steps. Also, you can work backwards from your five drive to come up with the specific action steps each week necessary to complete your goal. Again, if you need support, find someone with whom you will share your details, so they can keep you accountable.
